Whether you’re a Christmas junkie like me or a self-confessed Scrooge, you cannot deny the sheer genius of some of this year’s Christmas TV adverts.
Every company, at some point in its existence, will have to deal with at least one PR crisis – whether it’s a shopping centre being hounded by the local papers after a child slips on a wet floor and breaks their leg, or a national security firm who fail to fulfil a massive contract for a globally televised event (I won’t mention any names...).
