Every company, at some point in its existence, will have to deal with at least one PR crisis – whether it’s a shopping centre being hounded by the local papers after a child slips on a wet floor and breaks their leg, or a national security firm who fail to fulfil a massive contract for a globally televised event (I won’t mention any names...).
